Your HealthNOW! Newsletter
This unique newsletter emphasizes the importance of the connection of
mind, body, and spirit in relationship to health. Health is not merely
the absence of illness and disease; it is mental, physical, and spiritual
well-being, which requires active commitment. The newsletter aims to empower
you so that you can be healthier than ever before, whether you believe
yourself to be healthy, or whether you struggle with an illness, such
as fibromyalgia. You will learn that this empowerment derives from knowledge,
understanding, and acceptance of the following: 1) state-of-the-art scientific
information, and 2) the MindBodySpirit Connection and it's interrelationships
with genetics, environment, and society, as affected by consciousness,
thoughts, stress, and emotion. Review the newsletter on this web site,
and/or receive a free copy of it if you order either or both books, Fibromyalgia
and the MindBodySpirit Connection, by William
B. Salt II, MD and Edwin H. Season, M, or Irritable
