Hi,I new to all of this,
How can I loose weight? I can t seem to loose the x-tra pounds.I'm IBS type D+C.I work nite shifts 7/15 days.I have symptoms like,bloating, gas,pain+++,abdo cramps,D or C,nausea and more.I can t eat raw veggy,most green veggy,beans,weath,....Give me some advise please.

Well the best way is to eat equal amounts of protien and carbohydrates everyday and to exercise. This is what I have been doing and I have lost around 5lbs. I haven't been able to lose weight in over a year!

Thanx Nicol.I do exercises every 2 days,and drink water like creasy.When I work nites ,my stomach tolerate one meal only. ..I try to eat veggy,protein and carbo then because I know I won t later.Anyway I'll keep trying.

Don't give up. I had a friend who told me that she read somewhere that it can take up to a year to get your metabolism back to where it should be if it is messed up from things like IBS or excessive dieting.

Fuzzz try those protein drinks with either equal or less carbs in it. You can get all kinds, soy or wheat etc. Whatever you can tolerate. Have this when you get up and then have your meal at night. This might help you get the nutrients you need but be easy enough on the stomach.
