I have lived with IBS for many years. This year has been wonderful. I have a mate and three wonderful children. I have had the best year as a teacher. This is my 13th year as a teacher but I am having the best year with my students. I have even won an award from my students. IBS is part of my life but I have tried to put it out of my mind and the fact the that two of my children also suffer ages 1& 3 we have learned to deal with it and also live a great life. Please people if you feel things are without hope hang in there. If you have faith and are willing to work with your doctors peace is at hand. I suffer from IBS but could not be feeling any happier. A very smart person told me that a smile is just a message waiting to be sent to your face. IBS can be hell but with the right mind and attitude you can live a happpy life.

please be happy..Remember to Smile and Do not sweat the small stuff in life,.
