ok let me see if this helps you
domain names .com .net .org they are the most common ones, like
the top level domain is .com.
now that other countrys have there own such as

selling domains is big$$ sold in aug for 824k, questions sold a few weeks ago for 125k
now that .md is available the medical field is scooping them up, but anyone can buy the .md
to check this out go to

the cost is $70 for 2 years for .com .net .org the .md is $299 for 1 year
