Glad to hear from you sweet, funny friend. I was beginning to think you were in trouble or that your email was broken!

Thrilled to hear that you are feeling so good. Nice for a change I'll bet.

I had my annual physical this am and was again happy with the primary care doc I've had for the past year. He even said to stay with the Oregamax (wild oregano capsules) if they were helping. His comment was that he has an open mind, that many herbs can help even though we may not know why, and that it wouldn't hurt me.

And his nurse also told me that if I did need a gastroenterologist at some point, they would give me a referral outside my HMO provider so I wouldn't have to go back to the jerk that yelled at me that he had "told me" I had "IBS and would just have to learn to live with it!!"

I'm leaving a week from today to go snuggle with that new granddaughter of mine in Houston. I can hardly wait!

All times are ET (US)
