For those of you who are beginning to stock up on things you can't do without, don't forget to add Caltrate Plus to your list!
For those of us who swear by it, regardless to what degree it helps, make sure you have a supply in case the store shelves become depleted. Just be sure to check those expiration dates to make sure they go well into 2000.

I think I'll do that Jennie. Also, don't forget a few extra boxes of immodium (very important)!

jennie: What a great reminder! Thank you! I'll have to watch for CVS to have a sale again. Don't know if you all have CVS Pharmacies everywhere, but they very often have Caltrate on sale for $2.00 off. Watch their ads. Thanks again, Karen

Great idea and stock up on other meds you take And if you use metamucil or citracel get that also I agree re the caltrate plus -- our life saver and the immodium dont leave home without it

Hi Joyce! I have been so busy it has been hard to answer alot of posts so I haven't been around as much as I would like. The diet is going o.k. (it's very hard!). The first 4-5 days of taking the ParaGone was horrible - diarreah, headache and just a yucky feeling. But the last two days it has not been affecting me like that. I seem to have gotton used to the stuff. I have gas but much less than usual (that is probably b/c I'm on a low carbo diet!) and I don't have D. I was thinking about not taking the stuff after such a rough start but now I'm going to stick to it seeing that my system has calmed down. Thank's for asking! I still have a while to go on this stuff so I won't be able to make a good assesment until the end of next month.
