Hi - I have what looks like "sesame seeds" in my poo. A lot of them and quite often. Anyone else experience this. I know it is not a parasite because I have been tested. Tx.

Well did you eat seeds in anything??? I know sometimes they are on hamburger rolls or a loaf of bread or in your cereal. Look for a dietary source.

It has to be in the food you are eating.
That is strange though !
If you had it tested , what did it show as a source ?

I wouldn't necessarily trust the tests. This is gross, but I'll tell it anyway. A number of years ago all my kids had pinworms. (Brought in by a visiting stepchild.) The doctor said to bring in "samples." I did, and I could SEE the worms in the samples. Before he sent them out to the lab, the doctor commented on the worms in the samples. Two days later, the lab tests came back NEGATIVE for parasites. The dr. said this isn't uncommon and treated the children anyway!

Could be worms. The best way to tell is go to the bathroom in a can and examin the stool close and look for worms.
They Move ! That would be a sure sign it's worms.
