Just thought I'd let you know that yesterday I stood in front of all the various colored boxes of Caltrate & Caltrate Plus and they all contain Magnesium Sereate(however you spell it). Some had it lower on the list of ingredients than others which of course means there is less of that ingredient. I picked up Os-Cal 500 plus D - no Magnesium at all & I also have the Nature Made - CalBurst - the soft chewy chocolate like candy - also Calcium 500 plus D. No Magnesium S listed on this pdorduct either. Doesn't seen to stop my D when the bad days hit but it can't hurt. Might as mention that for my tinnitus(ringing in the ears) I was prescribed what is called LBC complex taking 2 time released capsules a day. This is a high dose of anti oxident - lemon bio flavinoid plus B complex snd extra C. I don't know if it is a coincodience but I've been much better this year with fewer setbacks. The set backs drive me crazy too but it is better - ask your Doctor . Perhaps building up the immune system which anti oxidents do helps. I asked the Doctor if I could buy this stuff over the counter and she said I'd have to take about 15 pills a day to get the strength that is in these time released capsules. This was given to me to improver circulation and the event of less D seem to be a plus! If you are in Los Angeles I recieved this at the House Ear Institure downtown on 3rd street. You'll need to see a doc to get the RX though.
