Hi
I have been taking konsyl every few days, about a spoonful. it seems to work for a nice movement, but there also seems to be more gas and a queasy feeling also. any suggestions for good supplements that are easy on the tummy for slight constipation (i go about 3 times a day sometimes but not really fully evacuated)
thanks

Hi dccane-
I personally like Fibercon pills. My doctor recommended them when I was first diagnosed with IBS. I take 2 each morning. They help to bulk-up my bm's and I go a little more regularly. I don't remember having experienced any gas with them, even when I first started taking them. Try them-I have had some success. Good luck! -Kayla

I've tried ground flax meal found at health food stores with success. You have to experiment with the amount. I mix it in with my hot cereal or mix it in applesauce. I use a half to a scant tsp. (A chiropracter told me this). I know it's a part of the wheat, but am uncertain if it contains the glutenous part. Anyone know?
