Is there an official name for this fear? Also is there a name for the fear of farting? We women seem to have a greater fear of this one more than the guys.I am seriously curious even though it kinda makes me giggle. Love Pattee

Dear Pattee,
Welcome to my world of FOPO and FOF. I guess now instead of being afraid of a faux pas, I really am afraid of FOPO. Try swinging a golf club in front of three other people when you have FOF. FOPO has on one occasion turned into POO. Thank God I was among friends.

Joe,
I love it Joe. I now have a name for it. It is no longer a faux pas I am afraid of but a FOPO!
