I have had IBS since college, and I'm 37 now. I have had it well under control until a trip abroad last year brought it on full bore. I struggle like everyone to control it and seem to make headway only to have a flu start every thing over again. I am suffering from bloating every time I put food in my system, from white rice to applesauce. Anyone had any success dealing with something similar? I am back on Donnatol 4 times a day to see if I can start controlling this again.

Ask your doctor for Modulon. You take it before eating, and you wont get that bloating gas pressure, it works good.

Silver, is there a natural alternative to Modulon that works as well?
